it really depends on FACIAL STRUCTURE.

if your face is round and chubby,

you will want to stick with long,to elongate the

face and make it appear less chubby or round.

if you have great bone structure,with a slender face,

a good short style is perfect.but NEVER too short.

maybe at the shoulders,with razored layers and cute bangs.

i would have long shurt hair bc i can see stuff with my eye so i can see well if i have long hair that mean it will be bad for me

Both are. I have my hair cut really short right now, so I am in the process of growing it out. I like short hair, but it gets boring after a while.
